FRATCH is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline the recruitment of freelancers and interim managers. By leveraging artificial intelligence, connects companies with suitable candidates in seconds.

Goals🎯

I undertook the responsibility for complete redesigning a desktop and mobile app for client. I implemented the most effective UX solutions tailored to meet the client's specific requirements and enhance the overall user experience.

The first phase of the project consisted of creating a frelancer registration flow and dashboard. The freelancer was able to search for projects on his dashboard, follow and sign up for projects and recommend projects to other freelancers.

The second phase of the project was to create a dashboard for companies that search for freelancers. I developed a comprehensive design library that included visual elements, UI components, and design guidelines.

For the brand, I wanted to create a refreshing, minimalist and clean UI that conveyed trustworthiness and progression for future-oriented individuals.

A simple sign up page that allow users create a new account in 3 steps: Creating password, uploading their CV and choosing their skills.

The homepage offers selected projects based on CV and companies offering work. The first time you contact the homepage, a module is displayed that informs you about the possibility to download the native application.

Easily search and browse between projects, with the right side of the screen offering all information about the project.

Very easy application on the project. Just type in the imagined hourly wage and additional questions about the project. After the application you know exactly which project you have applied for thanks to the module on the project tab.

Conclusion🚀

In the UI redesign of Fratch.io, my primary focus was on simplifying and enhancing the visual appeal of the interface to provide users with a smooth and intuitive experience. I reworked key visual elements such as buttons, icons, colors, and typography, aiming for a modern, clean design that promotes easy navigation. The goal was to create a cohesive visual language that reduces clutter while improving interaction efficiency, making the platform not only visually pleasing but also highly functional. This redesign delivers an optimized user interface that is both aesthetically attractive and easy to use, ultimately providing users with a better overall experience and higher satisfaction.
